Services
Rent the Event LLC provides balloon decor and event styling services as outlined in each client’s proposal, invoice, or contract.

Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

Final payment is due one week prior to the event unless otherwise agreed.
Credit card payments may incur a processing fee.

Changes & Cancellations
Changes requested after booking are subject to availability and additional fees.

Deposits are non-refundable.
Custom balloon orders cannot be returned.

Outdoor Installations
Balloons are affected by weather conditions including heat, wind, rain, and direct sunlight. Rent the Event LLC is not responsible for balloon deterioration caused by environmental conditions after installation.

Rental Items
Rental items such as stands, backdrops, and signage remain the property of Rent the Event LLC and must be returned in their original condition. Missing or damaged items may incur replacement fees.

Setup & Removal
Only items specifically listed in the proposal or contract are included in setup and installation services. Client-provided decor, rentals, or purchased items are not included unless agreed to in writing.

Safety
Children should be supervised around balloon installations. Balloons may present a choking hazard.

Photography
Rent the Event LLC may photograph completed installations for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.

Liability
Rent the Event LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services provided.
